Each packet contains:

🌿 Cinnamon
🌿 Cloves
🌿 Ginger

You simply add 4 cups of water and 1 cup of your favorite local or raw honey.

Each kit makes approximately 32 oz of elderberry syrup and includes easy directions for either the stovetop or Instant Pot.
